Please read through our returns policy below carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.

EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT ONLY!

We take pride of our ‘Style By Sheila’ items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact

stylebysheilallc@gmail.com prior to sending any return.

 

For Exchanges 

We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 7 business days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below for information on how to return your item(s).

How to Return Item(s)

To submit an defective/damage claim, please send an email  using the following format to stylebysheilallc@gmail.com to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number):

•STYLE NAME
•SIZE(S) AND COLOR
•QUANTITY
•DAMAGE DESCRIPTION
•PHOTO(S) 

To submit an exchange or store credit claim, please send an email using the following fort to stylebysheilallc@gmail.com to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number):

Item(s) in which you will like to exchange for:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. 

Once your claim is received and processed, we will notify you of the decision of your return. Upon approval, you will receive an RA#. The RA# must be written on the original packing before shipping the return back. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to process.

*PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Defective items

Must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

• Items are in their original condition with all security tags and labels.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

Some items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Products received without authorization.
• Sale items
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered items once shipped.
